We provide digital invitation designs that are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is as follows:

1) Digital products are non‑refundable
Once the payment is completed and the digital invitation is delivered, the order cannot be refunded.

2) If there is an issue with the design
We will fix any technical issue or resend the design at no additional cost.

3) Non‑delivery
If the customer does not receive the invitation within 72 hours, they may contact us and we will resend it immediately.

4) Cancellation before work begins
If the customer requests cancellation before we start preparing the invitation, a full refund can be issued.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details. Any errors in names, dates, or event information are the customer’s responsibility, and we will correct them upon request.

4) Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of ordering through a secure payment gateway.

5) Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before work begins for a full refund. Once design work has started, cancellation is not possible.

6) Refund Policy

Digital products are non‑refundable after delivery. Corrections are provided if any errors exist.

8) Order & Modification Policy

  • No additional modifications can be made, such as changing the design, fonts, colors, or adding/removing elements that are not included in the order form.
  • The modification included in the assembly service only covers changing one or more of the selected elements already available in the order form, and no new elements can be added or modified outside of it.
